Acrobatic Ginger Bread Guys and Gals & The Love Cafe

Once again Ladies and Gents!
Another round of acrobatic ginger bread guys and gals have flown out of the studio door.
Yup, tiz the season.

A Friend of mine has a teeny tiny gallery in Qualicum Beach.
He has been asking for more of the big ocean bowls.
Well Bernster, thank you for the cajoling.
They are on their way to you!

Round bellied square topped Ocean Bowls.

Smaller densely barnacled Ocean Bowls.
Ocean Platters too!

Another wonderfull thing that has come barreling down the pipe to me is an offer to make some dishes for a new little cafe in Sidney Victoria.
It is called The Love Cafe.
On the main drag called Beacon Ave there they be nested between a really great little high end shoe shop and consignment shop. Homey and healthy. Vibrant and caring little joint.
Drop in and buy lunch and the cup you are drinking out of . . .  how cool is that opportunity I ask you?

I have another story bowl on the way.
It is big both in size and story.
In keeping with one of the threads that link all my story bowls there is a touch of sadness and an edge of irony.

There are boulders for this one and each one is hollow and will have a tinkle tone of ones own to be reveled after the firings.
This one also has a Man in it.
Yes yes yes.
One Tender Man and one Healing Woman.
I will let the poetry come as it always does for the actual story.
Oh yes yes yes . . . it always comes in it's own sweet time trampling down the hall way of my mind when I least expect it!
I am ready.
Pencils and fresh pads of paper are poised at the ready all over the house in my satchle and in the car.
Yup Yup Yup I am ready!
:D
Have a great Solstice or Christmas or Hanukkah or Quanzza one and all.
Go slowly breath and kiss and hug extra more and lots this month!
:)
