Through Sleet and Sun

As some know One must garden.
Yup Yup.

It is the time of year to ignore every single inspiration and instinct.

One must endure late nights of twitching and mental writhing.

Simply put, One must not plant seeds into the garden yet.
*sigh*

So, I have taken to sorting and fondling my seeds.

I have taken to sketching and plotting digging and sitting in the Garden.

Not Planting.

Well, okay I lied.
I have planted a wee little bit of Kale ... and Calendula... and mustard greens... and sunflower seeds... and beans.
Just a few you see.
Close to the Cottage wall no less.
In the raised South facing plant bed sturdy on the concrete walkway.

That should be fine. Right?

One
(translate the One in to the word Me)
Me hopes the snow yesterday went undetected by all the little tiny delicate sprouts that are most probably snuggled in the loam.

I am afraid to look today and so I won't look at all.
Not one little peek.
Nope Nope
I will however, share a couple of my seeds packets I made up today.
I hope I understand how to link it up here!
Wish us luck with the link and the seedlings and the fight for self discipline!
:D

  3. I hope they survived the storm! Soon I will be living in a new apartment and I'm looking forward to start up a mini herb garden in the window sil. Should be a lot better than the basement I'm living in now. :)
